One evening our whole group went to a Thai dinner theater.  We were served traditional Thai food. Afterwards, the above group of dancers as well as musicians put on a show featuring many of the traditional dances of Thailand. Later as we left the place, the dancers were outside to bid us farewell. So, an opportunity for a group shot presented itself.

At the end of the show, several of us had the "honor" of learning the dance.

Just how many people can you stuff into a "baht bus" ? Ok..what is a baht bus? Well, imagine taking a small pickup such as a Nissan or Toyota and installing metal benches in the bed, covered by a roof. It would be sort of like a large camper shell. That is basically the makeup of a "baht bus." Baht is the name of the currency used in Thailand. And of course a ride in this small truck is not free. Ergo, the Baht Bus.

This is part of our group getting ready to go to the Thai dinner theater.

Dinner music at the Thai theater.

A traditional band of Thailand was stationed outside of the entrance to the dinner theater. These folks plus several others provided the traditional music for the show.
